Fees for most Individual Returns (1040) range from $100 – $250 including the state return. Coupons and discounts CAN NOT be combined. The starting rate of $100 is a reduced rate for the primary taxpayer who is a undergraduate student or seniors 55+ and up.
IMPORTANT: We require a 50% deposit on the reduced rate for students and seniors. There is a 20% deposit on all other tax preparation fee services.

A $29 Surcharge will apply to all returns started after March 12th, 2021. This surcharge will remain in effect through July 15, 2021. No returns will be started after July 15, 2021 unless the filing date gets extended, then the start dates for this surcharge will adjust accordingly.
Fees for most Business Returns (Schedule C, 1120s, etc.) range from $350 – $750.
Bookkeeping services range from $79 – $1,000 a month depending on services provided and size of business.

There is a Service Bureau fee that is paid to the software company. This is an additional fee charged for each return we prepare.
If you choose a bank product, which means you either want an advance on your tax refund to get it earlier than 2-3 weeks or you want your prep fees taken out of your refund, then additional fees will apply which goes to the bank.
Audit Maintenance Pro™ will support all major forms for 3 full years, for one flat low fee of $42. Audit Maintenance Pro staff will review any and all correspondence received from the IRS, making your year worry free.
What Services Does Audit Maintenance Pro™ Provide To Taxpayers?
Taxpayers who receive IRS correspondence will be provided with assistance from an Enrolled Agent (EA) or a CPA throughout the entire audit process. An Audit Maintenance Pro representative will review all IRS correspondence or notices, compile any letters or communication necessary to respond to IRS requests, help to organize and present documents on your behalf, directly communicate with any IRS agent assigned to your case if necessary, and explain any claim rights and options available under your Audit Maintenance Pro™ service agreement.
What types of returns are most likely to be audited?
According to IRS statistics, the following types of returns are most likely to be audited: Returns containing EITC, Schedule C, Schedule E, and/or Form 2106 (Employee Business Expenses).
What should the taxpayer do if audited or correspondence is received from the IRS?
If the taxpayer is contacted directly by the IRS during the course of an audit, they should notify Audit Maintenance Pro™ immediately, but in no way are they relinquished from the responsibility to comply with any and all IRS requests, including the making of all payments in a timely manner. Audit Maintenance Pro™ cannot be responsible for any additional tax, penalties or interest because the taxpayer did not respond to the IRS in the required period of time.
Will an Audit Maintenance Pro™ representative attend an audit with me?
Our coverage does not include face-to-face representation if you are audited. Your representative will be available for direct phone communication with you and the IRS agent during your audit. If you chose to have an Audit Maintenance Pro™ representative present during the audit, there will be an additional fee of $100 per hour plus travel costs. Don’t try to fight the IRS on your own! The fees are calculated at the end of the return as it is based on data inputted and forms used, but we will discuss the breakdown of the fees and there will be an itemized fee list on your return.

What are the Rules and Restrictions?
1. Certificates: Certificates are valid for hotel accommodations only and do not include tax, transportation, food/beverages, gratuities or resort fees (if any).
2. Age: Must be 21 and older (1 person at least)
3. Family: 2 adult and 2 kids (12 years and under)
4. Restrictions: Live at least 100 miles away from the destination
5. Travel: must be booked a minimum of 30 days out. (No last-minute bookings)
6. Destination: 1 voucher per destination
7. Redemptions: An individual may only redeem 1 voucher per year.
8. Activation Fee: an activation fee must be paid before being able to search inventory
9. Availability: Available hotels will vary upon dates chosen. The more flexible you can be, the more hotels you’ll have to choose from in your given destination.

How can RedeemVacations offer these deals? What’s the catch?
Hotels rarely experience full occupancy, yet they remain open, providing rooms and services at fixed costs. So when hotels give out their rooms by partnering with select travel agencies such as RedeemVacations, they might be missing out on the room fee, which they were not going to get in the first place, but at least now they have the opportunity to gain a customer for their in-house restaurants, room service, their casinos, an extra nights stay, future bookings, referrals and more.
It’s a win/win situation. The hotel is getting more client bookings where they most likely will generate additional revenues that they would not have gained in the first place. Our clients win by getting access to these hotels at a significant discount. The room is free.
The only fee that needs to be paid is the activation/tax fee to be able to access the hotel search inventory.
How much is this Complimentary Vacation going to cost me?
The activation/tax fee is on average USD 20 per night. It may vary according to the destination.
For example, if you received a certificate to Orlando valued at USD 785 for 4 days / 3 nights, the activation fee would be USD 20.10 per night. It would cost you $60.30 to activate your certificate.
Can I search for hotel hotels before activating the voucher?
Unfortunately no. To access the hotel search inventory, you will first need to activate your voucher.
What does it mean that this certificate expires in 7 days?
The certificate will expire in 7 days, however, once you activate your vacation certificate will have 18 months to travel. You may activate a certificate online by paying the hotel activation/tax fees.
How do I book my travel dates after I activate it?
You will receive an activation email with a link to book your travel dates.
Can I travel with my children?
Yes. Most destinations allow for up to 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 12)
Are flights included in these travel incentives?
No, the flights are not included. The recipient of this certificate is responsible for all expenses including but not limited to airfare, transfers, food, gratuities, and any other miscellaneous expenses. This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer.
What are the taxes and fees and what are they based on for the travel incentives?
The taxes and fees are to cover the local tourism and bed taxes. The sales tax is based on the full rack rate of the accommodations.
Are there any other expenses/costs to use this vacation?
The recipient of this certificate will receive the room rate accommodations free of charge, which retail is valued from $150.00 per night to up to $400.00 per night. However, the recipient is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable, and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses.
Resort fees, if charged, cover items like WiFi Internet Access, Local Calls. Resort amenities, Fitness centers, in-room safes, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Beach/Pool Towels, activities and more.
I have to take a timeshare presentation or other sales preview to take advantage of this vacation certificate?
Can I get together and book several rooms with others who have a certificate?
No. These travel incentives cannot be used for groups of more than 1 room. The hotels that are offering this promotion will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. There are additional costs associated with group travel. They also will not be available to use during conventions or other special events
Can I book rooms on weekends?
Hotels have less unsold rooms on Friday and Saturdays. You can use your complimentary hotel certificate during the week for no additional cost, however, if you also would like to book a weekend, there may be an additional surcharge.
What are the activation/tax fees?
Your cost to redeem this incentive and book the reservation is just the recovery fees for the local government taxes and tourism fees which vary by destination. The amounts we retain for our services, the RedeemVacations Companies do not collect taxes for remittance to applicable taxing authorities. The tax recovery charges on prepaid hotel transactions are a recovery of the estimated taxes (e.g. sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value-added tax, etc.) that the RedeemVacations Companies pay to the hotel supplier for taxes due on the hotel’s rental rate for the room. The hotel suppliers invoice the RedeemVacations Companies for certain charges, including tax amounts. The hotel suppliers are responsible for remitting applicable taxes to the applicable taxing jurisdictions. None of the RedeemVacations Companies act as co-vendors with the supplier with whom we book or reserve our customer’s travel arrangements. Taxability and the appropriate tax rate vary greatly by location. The actual tax amounts paid by the RedeemVacations Companies to the hotel suppliers may vary from the tax recovery charge amounts, depending upon the rates, taxability, etc. in effect at the time of the actual use of the hotel by our customers.
